  • 2023-2024 Tuition Rates

      • This is a reminder to be sure you are registered as a parishioner and have turned in your stewardship card for 2023 to St. Bartholomew Church if you are registering your children at the Parishioner rate. Parish stewardship cards were sent out in early 2023.
      • Please also check your FACTS prepaid accounts for special services (such as after school care), athletics fees and field trips. Registrations will be held for families with negative balances until they are paid in full or arrangements made for repayment.
      • Contact Mrs. Kelly Glick (k[email protected]) to make payment arrangements.

We are pleased to offer FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS works with schools across the country to provide tuition management services that make education more affordable. Parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children. We use FACTS for tuition payments but also for field trip accounts, athletics accounts and much more!  Anything here at St. Bartholomew that requires parents' payment is done through FACTS.  Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card and Automatic Bank Draft.  Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

Click Here to Log in or Set Up your FACTS family account.
  • Financial Assistance

    • St. Bartholomew Catholic School provides financial assistance to as many students with demonstrated financial need as possible. There are several ways you can receive financial assistance:

      • SGO Scholarships
        • Made possible through donations, SGO's are available in amounts up to $1,000 per student. If you have an SGO one school year, you will then be able to qualify for a Indiana Choice (Voucher) the following year. (Track #2)
      • Indiana Choice (Voucher) Program
        • This is state program that allows tuition to "follow the child" even if parents decide on a private school education.  There are several tracks to be able to qualify.  See more details below.
      • Financial Assistance from St. Bartholomew Catholic School Scholarship Fund
      • For incoming Kindergarten Students: Financial Assistance available from the Helen Heckman Memorial Fund.

Please turn in your 2022 Federal Taxes to the school office if you think you will qualify for financial aid of any type or if you have any questions about scholarships, and we will be happy to assist you in the process.
