    • St. Bartholomew Catholic School maintains a robust Parent-Teacher-Organization. The purpose of the PTO is to assist school administration and staff in creating a positive student experience as well as school culture for faculty and staff.

    • Volunteer Today!

      There are lots of volunteer opportunities at St. Bartholomew School, including, but not limited to:

      • Classroom Parent (Coordinates with Teacher)

      • Field Trip Chaperones (Coordinated by Teacher)

      • Cafeteria Lunch Helper (Help during lunch time)

      • Attend PTO Meetings (Thursdays @ 6:00, Sundays @ 4:00)

      • Family and School Event Coordinator (Multiple Events Available)

      • Staff Appreciation and Meals Coordinator (Quarterly and May)

      • Dine to Donate Coordinator (Monthly)

      • Used Uniform Closet Organization (Monthly Needed)

      • Volunteer at any of the many PTO events (Information Shared Regularly in Newsletter and on Social Media.)

      • Coaching a Sports Team (Coordinated with Athletic Director)

      • PTO Vice President or Treasurer (2025-2026 and 2026-2027)


      All volunteers must pass SAFE Parish online training prior to volunteering, click here to learn more!
    • How PTO helps our School!

      • Provide every Teacher with a Classroom Supply Fund

      • Organize classroom parents for each homeroom

      • Sponsor Meals and Treats for Teachers & Staff throughout the year

      • Pamper teachers & staff during Staff Appreciation Week with gifts, food, and gratitude.

      • Sponsor field trip funds for all students and special trips like CYO and JA BizTown.

      • Sponsor special projects or new programs to help offset cost to the school.

      • Fundraisers include St. B Fest Kids’ Carnival, Dress Down Days, Move-a-thon during Catholic Schools’ Week, and a Spring Fundraiser Night.
