Hello! I am Mrs. Schroeder and I will begin my 31st year in Catholic education this August. After graduating from Purdue University, I spent 27 years teaching at St. Joseph Catholic School in Shelbyville, IN. In 2017 I completed my Masters Degree in School Administration and Leadership. The last three years I was the principal at St. Rose of Lima in Franklin, IN. During this past year I found that my true calling and passion is being in the classroom. I feel very blessed to join the St. Bartholomew school family.
My husband, Ted, and I live in Greensburg, IN and have raised four children in our hometown. We have a daughter, Hannah, who is also in education and teaches in the Indianapolis area. We have 24 year old triplets, Andrew, Bailey, and Madeline. Andrew served in the Navy and is now exploring other job opportunities. Bailey works for a non-profit in Indianapolis and Madeline works for The Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, TN. We all love to camp, travel, read, and spend time together.
